My own cleaning company, Reefa, in Kraków and Katowice, runs on a system I built myself: an operations panel, a bot for field teams and AI agents. Now I build the same for service companies, manufacturers and B2B distributors.

I built it for myself first

Reefa has worked in Kraków since 2020 and in Katowice since 2024. I launched the KtoSprząta.pl platform in August 2026. Both run on systems I built. Here are numbers from those systems, each with a date and a source. I don’t publish financial data.

Questions I hear most often

If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call. I’ll answer straight, including when the answer is “it isn’t worth it”.

Is AI safe for my company’s data?
Yes, if the rollout is designed well. I use business versions of the models through their APIs, and those providers don’t train their models on the data you send. The AI only gets the data a given task needs, only people with permissions have access, and decisions about money and customers are approved by a person. Before we start we write down which data may leave the company and sign a data processing agreement.
How long does a rollout take?
The audit takes two weeks. A first automation usually takes 4–6 weeks. In a custom system the first module is in daily use after 5–8 weeks, and the full scope usually takes 3–6 months. I work in stages, so you see results after a few weeks, not at the end of the project.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. I work with companies of 10 to 250 people. In a smaller company I start with the one process that takes the most hours and use it to check whether further rollouts make sense.
We already have an ERP and invoicing software. Do we have to replace them?
Usually not. I connect to what already works, such as the ERP, accounting software, bank and spreadsheets, and add the missing pieces. At Reefa the system pulls invoices from inFakt and statements from the bank instead of replacing them. I only suggest a replacement when the current software blocks the work and can’t be connected to.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, most of the work is remote. I come on site, in Kraków or anywhere in Poland, when it helps: for interviews with the team during the audit, at the start of the rollout and for training.
Who will maintain it once you’re done?
You have two options: ongoing care from me, or a handover to your own team or IT person. Either way you get documentation and a user manual. At Reefa the manual has 38 sections in Polish and Russian and is built into the system itself.
How much does it cost?
AI and process audit from PLN 6,000 excl. VAT, process automation from PLN 15,000, AI implementation from PLN 15,000, a custom business system from PLN 60,000. SEO from PLN 7,000/month and ongoing technical care from PLN 12,000/month, all excl. VAT. You get an exact quote after the audit or the first call.
How do I know it will pay back?
Before I build anything, we count the hours and the cost of manual work in a specific process. If the numbers don’t hold up, I say so during the audit and don’t propose a rollout. You can do a first estimate yourself in the savings calculator.
