Twelve questions about how your company really works: processes, data, tools, team and AI. At the end you get a score from 0 to 100 in each area, a maturity level and the first three steps, each linked to a concrete solution. It takes about 3 minutes, is free and needs no email.

What happens to my answers?
I store them to see where companies struggle most. If you don’t give an email, they are stored anonymously. If you do, I link them to your address so I can send you the result. Company size is optional too. The AI model that writes the summary receives only the answers and scores, never your email.
How is the score calculated?
Each answer is worth 0 to 3 points. An area’s score is its share of the maximum points in that area, and the overall score is the average of the five areas. Levels: 0–34 is “Runs on people’s memory”, 35–59 is “Tools without connections”, 60–79 is “Time for first automations”, 80–100 is “Time for AI in processes”.
How is this different from the paid AI and process audit?
This test relies on your own judgement and takes a few minutes. The paid audit takes two weeks: I talk to your team, map the processes, count the hours and prepare a rollout plan with the order of work and a budget. It costs from PLN 6,000 excl. VAT.
Does a low score mean AI doesn’t make sense for me?
No. It means you should sort out processes and data first. AI plugged into chaos speeds up the chaos, and order in processes and data saves time on its own.
Can I take the assessment again?
Yes, as often as you like, for example after making changes. If you’d like to compare results with someone who knows the subject, write to ilya@fridman.pl.
