IT rollouts and fractional CTO
I choose and roll out tools, sort out access and security, and keep an eye on backups, KSeF e-invoicing readiness and vendors: the job a technical director does in a bigger company, only part-time. I help companies of 10 to 250 people that have no IT department, or one person who does everything. I work remotely and on site across Poland. Ongoing support costs from PLN 12,000/month excl. VAT.

Who it is for
- Companies without an IT department
- A few dozen people, a dozen or so programs and nobody responsible for all of it.
- Companies in the middle of a change
- A new ERP, a move to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, KSeF e-invoicing, a new website or system.
- Companies with several IT vendors
- A software house, a freelance IT technician, a handful of subscriptions, and the need for someone on the company’s side.
What exactly I build
Choosing and rolling out tools
I compare software against your processes, work out the three-year cost, run trials with your team and roll out the chosen tool, including data migration and training.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Email, calendars, drives, shared documents and chat set up properly: domain, groups, sharing rules and mailbox migration without losing mail.
Access and security
An inventory of accounts and permissions, a password manager, two-factor authentication (2FA), removing access when someone leaves, and rules for company phones and laptops.
My own system uses roles and permission templates, and top-level administrators can only sign in with a second factor (2FA).
Backups and a disaster plan
I decide what gets backed up, where and how often, and check that the data can actually be restored from those backups. Plus a written plan for what to do when something stops working.
KSeF readiness
I check whether your invoicing software and accounting are ready for Poland’s National e-Invoicing System, who in the company holds permissions and how invoices will reach your document workflow.
Vendors and a fractional CTO
I review quotes and projects from software houses, talk to vendors on the company’s behalf, and keep track of contracts, subscriptions and deadlines. I say “no” to things the company doesn’t need.
What I work with day to day
I work with the tools Polish companies commonly use and don’t replace anything without a reason.
