SEO and organic growth

I run SEO for companies that want enquiries from Google and from AI answers: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI summaries. I fix the site’s technical side and speed, write content around customers’ questions, sort out the Google Business Profile, build free tools that bring customers in, and measure results in enquiries rather than just traffic. I work with service, manufacturing and B2B companies across Poland. The monthly retainer costs from PLN 7,000/month excl. VAT.

from PLN 7,000/monthexcl. VAT

Who it is for

Local service companies
Several cities and several services: pages for local searches, Google Business Profile, reviews and map rankings.
Manufacturers and B2B companies
Long buying cycles: content for buyers’ questions, specifications, comparisons, calculators.
Companies with a new or moving site
A migration without losing traffic: redirects, site structure and structured data from day one.

What exactly I build

I make the changes myself, in the code and the content, instead of handing over a list of recommendations. Each one is tested on my own sites first.
  • Technical SEO and site speed

Indexing, redirects, sitemaps, structured data, language versions and Core Web Vitals, meaning how fast the site responds on a phone. I fix these in the code, not just describe them in a report.

On reefa.pl I cut the JavaScript on each page by 40% after Google reported that the site responded too slowly on phones.

  • Content that answers customers’ questions

Service pages and articles that answer what customers actually ask: prices, scope, timelines, comparisons. The answer first, then the detail, because that is how people read and how AI quotes.

  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile

A Google Business Profile for every location, consistent company details across the web, city and service pages, review collection and map ranking measurement.

I measure map rankings on a 5 × 5 grid of points across a city, not from a single spot.

  • Visibility in AI answers (GEO)

I check what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI summaries say about your industry and your company, and which sources they rely on. Then I prepare the site to be quoted: clear facts, structured data, direct answers, an llms.txt file.

For my own company I set up a weekly check of 14 customer questions in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI summaries.

  • Free tools and data as lead magnets

Calculators, document generators and open datasets from your industry. People come back to them, link to them and leave their details, and search engines and AI have something worth quoting.

On reefa.pl I built 29 free tools, and on ktosprzata.pl I published open cleaning time norms based on 2,338 rows of data from 168 sources.

  • Measurement tied to enquiries

Google Search Console, GA4 and form and phone events in one report. You can see which pages and search terms bring enquiries, not just visits.

How it works

Typical timings for a first scope. You get the exact schedule together with the quote.
  1. Audit and plan

    2 weeks

I review the technical side, content, competitors and what AI answers say about your industry. You get a 3-month plan in priority order.

  2. Technical fixes

    2–4 weeks

First, whatever blocks everything else: indexing, speed, structured data, redirects.

  3. Content and tools

    monthly

New and improved pages, articles and tools according to the plan. Every change is dated so its effect can be seen.

  4. Measure and decide

    monthly

A report on enquiries, clicks, rankings and AI citations. What works, I build on. What doesn’t, I switch off.

I ran it in my own business first

Everything I offer clients, I run myself first: at Reefa, my commercial cleaning company in Kraków and Katowice, and on the KtoSprząta.pl platform, a directory of cleaning companies.

+30%

more clicks from Google within 30 days of rolling out the SEO and GEO plan on reefa.pl, from 8.6 to 11.2 a day.

Organic growth of reefa.pl

608

pages in the ktosprzata.pl sitemap instead of 826. I took empty listings out of the index rather than inflate the page count.

Questions I get asked most

How soon will SEO show results?
Technical fixes usually show up in Search Console within a few weeks. Content and rankings for competitive terms take 3–6 months. On reefa.pl clicks from Google rose by 30% in the first 30 days after the plan went live, but I don’t promise that pace for every site.
How much does SEO cost?
The retainer costs from PLN 7,000/month excl. VAT. The price depends on how many services, cities and language versions there are, the technical state of the site and how much content goes out each month. I start with an audit and a plan, so you know what you are getting before we begin.
What is GEO, and isn’t it just a fad?
GEO means preparing your site so that AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google’s AI summaries) quote your company. In practice it is good SEO plus clear facts, structured data and content written as answers. In my own tests Google showed an AI summary for 6 out of 6 searches phrased as questions and for 0 out of 3 searches for document templates, so I write content around questions.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody controls Google or AI models, and guaranteed rankings usually end up being for terms nobody searches. What I promise is a plan, the work done and honest measurement: enquiries, clicks, rankings and citations.
How is this different from an SEO agency?
I make the changes myself, in the code and the content, instead of just writing recommendations. The report shows enquiries from customers, not just traffic. And I test everything on my own sites first: reefa.pl and ktosprzata.pl.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. The audit comes first: if the site can be fixed, I fix it. I only suggest a new one when the current site blocks growth, for example when it is very slow or can’t support pages for each service and city. In that case I migrate it with redirects so you don’t lose traffic.
How long is the contract?
The retainer runs month to month. It is sensible to judge the results after 3 months, because new content needs that long to get indexed and settle in the results.
