Ilya Fridman
I run a service company and build the systems it runs on. Now I do the same for other companies.
I’m a business owner based in Kraków. In 2020 I founded Reefa, a commercial cleaning company serving businesses in Kraków and, since January 2024, in Katowice. In 2026 I launched KtoSprząta.pl, a directory of cleaning companies across Poland. I built and ran the company panel, the field-team bot, the AI agents and the SEO in my own business first. Now I build them for service companies, manufacturers and B2B firms, usually with 10 to 250 people. We start with a free call and an audit. The audit costs from PLN 6,000 excl. VAT.

I built it in my own company first
Reefa is a service business. Our teams clean offices, medical facilities, schools and residential buildings, and every day starts with the same questions: who was at which site, how many hours they worked, whether there are photos of the job, who hasn’t paid their invoice and where the next enquiries will come from.
Instead of piecing the answers together from several tools and spreadsheets, I built one system around the way this company actually works. It holds the schedule, the shift log, clients and their portal, payroll, and the invoices of several legal entities, reconciled against bank statements.
Staff never log in to the panel. They start and finish shifts in a Telegram bot, with location and photos. Every morning I get a short report on money, sales, operations and people, and a few AI routines look after the website, the content and the panel itself every day. Each routine logs every decision together with how to roll it back.
Today I do the same for other companies. I don’t show concepts from a slide deck. I show systems that work in my own company every day, and I’m open about what didn’t work the first time.
What runs at Reefa and KtoSprząta.pl today
- Reefa’s operations panelin use every day
Sites, schedule, shifts, clients and the finances of several legal entities in one system; about 2,700 logged shifts.
- Field-team botin use every day
In August 2026 the bot logged 1,100 hours across 364 shifts; more than 2,800 photos from client sites.
- Morning report for the ownerruns on its own, daily
Money, sales, operations and people in 20 lines at most. No AI, straight from the data.
- AI routinesruns on its own, daily
Website growth, SEO content and a panel check, each with its own decision log.
- reefa.plin use every day
In July 2026, after the SEO changes, clicks from Google went from 8.6 to 11.2 a day.
- KtoSprząta.plin use every day
A company directory with free tools. It went live 3 days after the first version was built.

How I work
I start from counted hours
Before I build anything, I count how many hours a week the process takes today and who does the work. If automation won’t pay back, I tell you before the quote, not after the rollout.
At Reefa I count it from data: in August 2026 the bot logged 1,100 working hours from 364 shifts.
Small steps that work
I split work into stages of a few weeks. Each one ends with something your team actually uses, not a mock-up. After every stage you decide whether we carry on.
KtoSprząta.pl went live 3 days after its first version was built, and today it gains one backlog item a day.
The code and data belong to you
I set systems up on your accounts: repository, hosting, database. You get full access and documentation, and the details go into the contract.
No lock-in to a single supplier
I use widely known technologies that many developers can work with, and I document how everything works. If you want to switch suppliers, a new team can take the system over without rewriting it.
Security and GDPR from day one
I set permissions in the database, not just in the app’s interface, so everyone sees only what they should. I put the database in the EU and write down which services process data outside it, and I protect admin accounts with two-factor login.
In Reefa’s panel a coordinator sees only their own sites and staff. The database enforces it, and I verified that by simulating each role.
I tell you when an off-the-shelf tool is enough
Not every company needs its own system. If a well-configured tool for a few hundred PLN a month solves the problem, I’ll say so and help you roll it out. I only suggest a custom system when the numbers show it pays off.
My own morning report runs without AI, because a simple template over the data does the job.

A 30-minute call. You tell me where time leaks, and I tell you what I’d do first and whether you need a new system for it at all.
