Let’s start with a 30-⁠minute call

The first call is free, takes 30 minutes and happens online. You tell me where your company loses the most time or money: offers, reports, scheduling, handling enquiries, or how the company shows up in Google. I tell you what I’d do first, roughly what it would cost, and whether it’s worth doing at all.

I work with owners and directors of service, manufacturing and trading companies across Poland. Pick a time in the calendar or describe your case in the form. I reply within one business day.

The call and the proposal cost you nothing. You decide whether to start once you have a written quote.

    A 30-⁠minute call

    You tell me about the company and what gets in the way most. I ask for specifics: who does the work, in which tools and how many hours a week it takes. At the end I tell you plainly whether and how I can help.

  2. Proposal and quote within 2 business days

    You get it in writing: what I’d build, in what order, what it costs and how long it takes. If something isn’t worth automating, I say so.

  3. Start, usually with an audit

    AI and process audit. Two weeks: interviews with your team, a process map, counted hours and a rollout plan with order and budget.

    When the scope is clear from the outset, we go straight to the rollout.

Questions before the first call

Do you charge for the first call?
No. The 30-⁠minute call is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. You only pay for an audit or a rollout, and always after you’ve received a written quote.
How should I prepare?
It’s enough to know which process takes the most time, which tools you use and how many people work on it. I don’t need a presentation or documents.
Do you work with companies outside Kraków?
Yes. I work remotely with companies across Poland and come on site when I need to see how the work really happens, for example on the production floor or with a field team.
Which languages can we talk in?
English, Polish or Russian.
None of the calendar times work for me. What now?
Write through the form or to ilya@fridman.pl with two or three times that suit you. I’ll reply with a proposed time.
What happens to the data from the form?
It’s used to reply to your message and prepare for the call. I don’t add you to any mailing list. The details are in the privacy policy.
