Systems I built for Reefa and KtoSprząta.pl
These are five systems from my own projects: Reefa, a B2B cleaning company in Kraków and Katowice, and the KtoSprząta.pl directory. My team works in these systems every day, clients get their reports and invoices from them, and AI agents ship fixes to them.
I build the same kind of solutions for service, manufacturing and trading companies. I start with an audit (from PLN 6,000 excl. VAT), and a custom company system costs from PLN 60,000 excl. VAT. I am based in Kraków and work remotely and on site across Poland.
Every number comes with the date it was measured. I don’t publish revenue, rates or client names. Reefa is my company and KtoSprząta.pl is a platform I built, but the clients’ data isn’t mine.

An operating system for a service company
One panel for the whole company: schedules and shifts, finances across several entities, petty cash, bank matching, e-signed contracts and client reports.

A bot for the field team
A shift starts and ends with one button in Telegram, with location and photos. The rebuild removed 55 issues and is covered by 19 scenario tests.

11 routines and agents: a panel doctor, SEO content, lead growth, moderation, tenders and a morning brief. Five of them log every decision, and releases roll back automatically.

A plan of 33 SEO and GEO changes, 29 free tools, an open norms dataset (460 categories from 2,338 rows of data) and a content routine. Clicks from Google rose from 8.6 to 11.2 a day in July.
