Custom business systems
I build systems around how your company really works: an operations panel, a CRM, an app for your field team, a client portal or a production board. It makes sense when off-the-shelf tools force workarounds in Excel and the company is growing faster than its software. I work with service, manufacturing and trading companies of 10 to 250 people across Poland. A system costs from PLN 60,000 excl. VAT, and you get the first working part within weeks, not a year.

Who it is for
- Companies with field teams
- Cleaning, servicing, installation, building maintenance: rotas, attendance, photos from the job and hours to settle.
- Manufacturing
- Production orders, a progress board, quality control and shift reports, connected to the ERP.
- Companies with many clients
- CRM, offers, a client portal with documents and invoices, monthly reports sent automatically.
What exactly I build
An operations panel for the company
One place for sites or jobs, the rota, people, clients and finance, with permissions so everyone sees only their own part. It replaces spreadsheets and chat threads.
The panel my cleaning company runs on covers sites, the rota, a shift log, payroll, CRM, quality audits, purchasing and finance.
A CRM shaped around your sales process
Enquiries from forms, email and phone in one place, stages named the way you name them, offers from templates and reminders about when to get back to a client. No paying for features nobody uses.
An app for the field team
Runs on its ownA Telegram bot or an app that runs in the phone’s browser (PWA): start and finish work with location, photos from the job, issue reports and purchase requests. Nothing to install from an app store, and the buttons make sense without long training.
My staff start and finish shifts in the bot, with location and photos. The bot closes forgotten shifts on its own and flags late starts.
A client portal
Runs on its ownClients log in and see photos from the job, reports, documents and their invoices for themselves. Fewer “was it done?” calls and fewer emails with attachments.
In my system the monthly PDF report has been switched on for every client since 16 October 2026 and goes out automatically on the 5th; clients download their invoices from the portal themselves.
Production and quality control
A production order board with status, time and operator, shift reports and quality checklists with photos. Connected to the ERP rather than replacing it.
In my company the server picks the spots for quality audits using AQL sampling, so nobody gets to choose the convenient ones.
Reports and alerts for the owner
Runs on its ownA daily summary of the key numbers and a list of what needs attention, on Telegram or by email, with a link straight to the right screen.
Notifications from my system open exactly the screen they are about.

How it works
Workshop and work map
1–2 weeks
I talk to the people who will use the system and write down how their work really happens. We choose the first module.
First module
4–6 weeks
I build the first part and launch it on real data. The team starts using it before the rest exists.
Further modules
every 2–4 weeks
I add modules in the order that pays back. Each one goes through tests and review before release.
Handover and growth
ongoing
You get the code, documentation and a guide for the team. I can keep looking after it and building on it as a subscription.

Book a call about the auditNot included
- Hosting and third-party services: you pay the providers directly

- App Store and Google Play apps: a PWA or a bot is usually enough, a native app is quoted separately
I ran it in my own business first
13
menu sections instead of 33 after the rebuild. The system grows with the company and people still know where everything is.
