Pricing: from a two-week audit to your own system

Most work starts with an audit: from PLN 6,000 excl. VAT, two weeks. An AI implementation costs from PLN 15,000, automating a process from PLN 15,000, and a system built for your company from PLN 60,000, all excluding VAT.

Ongoing SEO work costs from PLN 7,000/month and IT care as a part-time technical director from PLN 12,000/month, excluding VAT. I issue VAT invoices. I’m based in Kraków and work remotely and on site across Poland.

“From” is the lowest price of a typical scope. You get an exact quote after the audit or the first call.

Every project starts with an audit

In two weeks I find where your company loses time and what to change first. That way the quote for the rollout rests on counted hours, not on a hunch.

AI and process audit

A rollout plan with order, budget and expected payback.

from PLN 6,000excl. VAT

Typical duration
2 weeks from the first interview with your team.
Who it fits
Companies that feel too much work goes into retyping, chasing and searching for information, but don’t know where to start.
Book a call about the audit

What you get

  • Interviews with the people who actually do the work, not only management.
  • A process map from the customer enquiry to the invoice.
  • Counted hours of manual work in each process.
  • A list of changes with order, budget and payback time.
  • A recommendation on what an off-the-shelf tool can handle and what needs building.
  • A session where we walk through the plan with you and your team.

The plan is yours. You can carry it out with me, with your own team or with another company.

Rollouts: a fixed price for every stage

After the audit, every stage has a written scope and price. Each stage ends with something your team uses in its daily work.

AI implementation

from PLN 15,000excl. VAT

An AI assistant or agent that reads, writes and sorts for your team, with a person in control.

See the service details: AI implementation

What you get

  • An assistant or agent connected to your data: documents, email, CRM.
  • Clear limits: what the AI does on its own and what a person approves.
  • Tests on your real cases before it goes live.
  • An activity log: you can see what the AI did and why.
  • A manual and training for the people who will use it.
Typical duration
Usually 5–8 weeks for the first rollout.
Who it fits
Companies where a lot of time goes into reading and writing: enquiries, offers, documents, replies to customers.

Process automation

from PLN 15,000excl. VAT

A process that runs through the company on its own, without retyping data between tools.

See the service details: Process automation

What you get

  • One process automated end to end, e.g. enquiry, offer, CRM, reminder.
  • Connections between the tools you already use.
  • Notifications and reports where you work: email or a messenger.
  • Error handling: when something fails, the right person knows straight away.
  • Documentation and a handover to your team.
Typical duration
Usually 4–6 weeks per process.
Who it fits
Companies that copy the same data every day from emails into spreadsheets, from spreadsheets into invoices and back.

Custom business systems

from PLN 60,000excl. VAT

A panel, CRM, field-team app or production system, built around the way you work.

See the service details: Custom business systems

What you get

  • A system shaped around your processes, not the other way round.
  • Roles and permissions: everyone sees only what they should.
  • Integrations with accounting, the bank, email and the tools you keep.
  • A phone version or a bot for staff in the field.
  • A staged rollout, with the code, database and documentation on your accounts.
Typical duration
First module in use usually after 5–8 weeks, full scope in 3–6 months.
Who it fits
Companies of 10 to 250 people where off-the-shelf tools cover only parts of the work, companies with field teams, and production plants.

Ongoing work: billed monthly

SEO and technical care pay off when someone looks after them regularly. That is why I bill them monthly, with a notice period set in the contract.

SEO and organic growth

from PLN 7,000/monthexcl. VAT

Customers from Google and from AI answers, measured in enquiries rather than traffic alone.

What you get

  • A technical site audit and a content plan for the coming months.
  • Service pages, guides and tools that answer your customers’ questions.
  • Visibility in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
  • Tracking of enquiries from forms and phone calls, not just visits.
  • A short monthly report: what I did, what changed, what comes next.
Typical duration
I plan the work three months ahead and review it every quarter, because SEO results usually show after a few months.
Who it fits
Service and B2B companies whose customers look for a supplier on Google or ask an AI about one.

IT rollouts and fractional CTO

from PLN 12,000/monthexcl. VAT

A part-time technical director: decisions, rollouts and security in one pair of hands.

What you get

  • A review of tools and licences: what stays, what goes, what to connect.
  • Choosing and rolling out new tools and integrations.
  • Security: access, two-factor login, backups, GDPR.
  • Oversight of external suppliers and their quotes.
  • A seat at management decisions whenever technology is involved.
Typical duration
Ongoing, with a monthly work plan.
Who it fits
Companies without an IT department, or with a single IT person, that need someone to make technical decisions and keep suppliers in check.

What the price depends on

The “from” amount covers a typical, simple scope. These are the main things that move a quote up or down:
How many processes and people the change touches
One process in one department is different work from changing how documents flow through the whole company.
How many tools need connecting
Tools with a good API connect quickly. Older systems without one need workarounds and more testing.
The state of your data
Data in one place means a quick start. Data spread across emails, spreadsheets and people’s heads has to be sorted first.
Security and GDPR requirements
Personal data, detailed permissions and an audit trail mean more design and testing work.
How much should run on its own
Full automation needs more safeguards than a setup where a person approves every step.
Deadline and on-site work
A rollout at a plant or with field teams needs me on site. A tight deadline means more work in parallel.

How billing works

You pay for specific stages. After each one you decide whether we carry on.
  1. 1

    Call

30 minutes, free of charge. You tell me where time leaks and I tell you where I’d start.

  2. 2

    Audit

From PLN 6,000 excl. VAT, agreed up front; two weeks. You get a plan with order and budget.

  3. 3

    Stage quotes

Every stage gets a written scope, deadline and fixed price before we begin.

  4. 4

    Staged rollout

Each stage is billed separately and ends with something that works and that you can check on your own data.

  5. 5

    Ongoing care

If you want, I keep looking after the system, SEO or IT for a fixed monthly fee.

What the price covers and what you pay for separately

So there are no surprises on the invoice, here is what my price includes up front.

Always included

  • Documentation and a manual for your team.
  • Training for the people who will use it.
  • Tests on your real cases before go-live.
  • Code, database and access set up on your own accounts.
  • A handover good enough for another team to take the system over.

Paid directly to the providers

  • Licences and subscriptions, e.g. a CRM, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Usage-based AI model costs, on your own account with the provider.
  • Hosting, database and domains on your accounts.
  • SMS gateways, payments and other pay-per-use services.
  • Advertising budget, if you decide to run ads.
  • Hardware such as phones, tablets or QR code stickers.

Why it works this way: you pay providers without my margin, and you keep access if we ever stop working together.

Questions about prices and billing

Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this site exclude VAT. VAT is added to the invoice at the applicable rate.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, you get a VAT invoice for every stage and every month of ongoing work. Invoices are issued by AB Invest Sp. z o.o., NIP 5130261948.
Can I start small?
Yes. The smallest paid step is the audit (from PLN 6,000 excl. VAT), or automating a single process. You can also take the free online AI assessment or use the savings calculator on this site first.
Do I have to start with a paid audit?
Not always. If you know exactly which process you want to automate, I can quote that single stage after the first call. For bigger changes the audit saves money, because it shows what to do first.
What if the rollout doesn’t work?
I split the work into stages and each one ends with something you can check on your own data. If a stage doesn’t meet the agreed criteria, I fix it before sign-off. After any stage you can stop and keep everything built so far. And if the audit shows that automation won’t pay back, I say so plainly.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. It is a working principle of mine: the code and the data belong to you. I set systems up on your accounts (repository, hosting, database) and you get full access and documentation. The details of the rights transfer go into the contract.
Can the price go up during the work?
The price of a stage is fixed. If you want to add or change something along the way, I quote the change first and only do it once you approve.
How do I end ongoing work?
SEO and technical care are billed monthly. You can end them with the notice period written into the contract. The accounts, access and documents are yours either way.
Do you work outside Kraków?
Yes. I work remotely with companies across Poland, and on site wherever the process needs to be seen first-hand: in the office, at the plant or with field teams.

Let’s talk about your company

30 minutes, no sales deck. You tell me where time and money leak, and I tell you what I’d do first and roughly what it costs.
