Two free tools for owners and directors: an automation savings calculator and an AI readiness assessment. Both run in your browser, show the full result straight away and need no email. They count the way I do on a first call: hours, costs and the order of steps.

What happens to your data

  • The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your numbers reach me only if you ask me to comment on the result.
  • I store assessment answers to see where companies struggle most. If you don’t give an email, they are stored anonymously. If you do, I link them to your address so I can send you the result.
  • The assessment summary may be written by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude). It receives only the answers and scores, never your email or company name.

Questions about the tools

Are the tools free?
Yes. Both are free and show the full result without an email. You leave your details only if you want me to comment on the result or send it to your inbox.
Which tool should I start with?
If you know which process takes the most time, start with the calculator. If you feel you should “do something with AI” but don’t know what, start with the assessment. The assessment points to the area; the calculator tells you what it’s worth.
How accurate are the results?
They’re an estimate based on your numbers and answers, not an audit. The full picture comes from the AI and process audit: two weeks of interviews with your team, a process map, counted hours and a rollout plan with a budget, from PLN 6,000 excl. VAT.
What can I do with the result?
